Full Journal pdf2005-04-22 Senate Journal Page 1096 HB 66 Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the recede message on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date," which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 1032), be brought up at this time. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate recede from its amendment and recommended the body vote no. The question being: "Shall the Senate recede from its amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 66(FIN) Shall the Senate Recede from its Amendment to CSHB 66(FIN)? YEAS: 0 NAYS: 20 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Nays: Bunde, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Guess, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken and so, the Senate failed to recede. 2005-04-22 Senate Journal Page 1097 The President appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with the like committee from the House: Senator Wilken, Chair Senator Green Senator Hoffman House members appointed April 19 (page 1032). The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
